I own a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. I had car serviced on August 7, 2024. David’s mannerisms were a little rude. When I 1st drove up, he asked for my name, & I began explaining why I wa I had car serviced on August 7, 2024. David’s mannerisms were a little rude. When I 1st drove up, he asked for my name, & I began explaining why I was there & the safety recalls on vehicle that were needing serviced. He immediately interrupted me & said,”Well hang on & let me find you first”. Then, he told me to put the car in park & leave the key inside. Then, he said rudely, “Roll your window down, we don’t want to lock the keys in there!”. His attitude worsened after service was completed & I denied additional recommended services. When I asked additional questions confirming the documents I had to sign, he responded with, “Yep!”. In Alabama, we say “yes ma’am”. It’s not gonna hurt anyone to be polite. He just seemed annoyed entirely by my presence. I didn’t appreciate his attitude at all. If I choose to return to Tameron Hyundai, I do not want to deal with David again. It’s funny that your slogan is, “You’re going to like the way you’re treated”, when I didn’t like the way I was treated. This was my first experience with Tameron Hyundai service dept., & may very well be my last. Please address these issues with David, as I would hate for anyone else to have this experience.
