Never used the service center. Purchased a used 2020 vehicle and it was supposed to be detailed and cleaned before I picked it up. I was also told o could refinance with my bank to get a lower interest rate but my bank informed me that could not be done for 30 days after my purchase. Now my credit score will be lower and I may not get the great rate I was given initially by the bank. These are the only reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5. More
