Initial sale was great, but service 2 days later was terrible. Asked at least 3 times while buying what was needed to tow, because we were moving out of state that week.. Sales person said get an afterm terrible. Asked at least 3 times while buying what was needed to tow, because we were moving out of state that week.. Sales person said get an aftermarket hitch and the vehicle was pre wired to tow. We followed those directions only to find out an additional harness was needed with removing part of the rear seat and column. Called Tameron and was told that because we installed aftermarket hitch they could not work on it. Luckily another dealer stepped and helped us out a serious situation. Sales Manager called after we sent email about our negative experience, only to say it was not that bad of an install. Go somewhere else. More
