Communication was terrible regarding the status of my warranty claim and vehicle once the claim was approved. I would go days (Thursday-Tuesday for instance) without an update until I called in to reques warranty claim and vehicle once the claim was approved. I would go days (Thursday-Tuesday for instance) without an update until I called in to request one. Once my repairs were completed, my vehicle was returned to me dirty and with very little gas in it. Most dealerships would be courteous and at least clean the vehicle and/or put fuel in it at least to bring it back to the level that it was when the vehicle was taken in 2 weeks prior. I also wasn’t provided a loaner during this time because the loaner list was “twelve deep”. More

I had an appointment for a recall at 10 am, but arrived about 15 minutes early. They were able to go ahead and do the 'fix' and within 30 minutes they were finished. Quick and easy.
