I came in for a head lamp replacement expecting one hour or less wait time. As it turned out the replacement bulb was bad. I waited 2 1/2 hours before they realized the replacement bulb was the issue. Eve or less wait time. As it turned out the replacement bulb was bad. It was more convenient than the dealer downtown. I was told to bring my car Monday afternoon for a 7 am Tuesday spot. I was told my problem would require. A computer analysis sis they would need the car over night. When I brought the car in it took about 19 mins before a rep came out to take the car.. I guess these are minor things but I didn’t experience sny of those at Jim Burke. More
