That is why I have started purchasing vehicles at Carmax, Carvana, Driver Way, etc. That and the fact I can no longer purchase new vehicles as the prices have increased so much they are too expensive for me. The Service Department is typical they try to sell the customer additional items that are not required at that particular time of the maintenance appointment. Unfortunately, no a days that is standard operating procedure for most new car dealership service departments. More

Cody is an outstanding salesman. He went above and beyond to be sure we got exactly what we wanted. They didn't have the exact vehicle we wanted so they went and got it the next day. He streamlined everything so we weren't there a long time. He set up our bluelink so we were good to go when we left. Chayse Fuller did our financing and he had everything ready and we were done in no time. We needed a tow package that wasn't in stock and Sean McLaughlin got it in 2 days and did the install in 1 hour! Everything was great, just wish we didn't live so far away (for service). More

I work in home health, and depend on a reliable vehicle to see my patients, and after having a total loss, I found a used Honda Pilot that was priced far below market value. Joseph Donze was incredibly acc to see my patients, and after having a total loss, I found a used Honda Pilot that was priced far below market value. Joseph Donze was incredibly accommodating to my crawling below the vehicle checking for leaks,looking over every inch of the vehicle, and answering every question I had about the vehicle and its history even printing off the carfax to go over how many times the rotors had been replaced. He never seemed in a hurry or pushy, and even the negotiation was painless with a small discount on top of the already very fair price. I had to finance the purchase since I have teenage daughters and am still paying on there vehicles, but the finance department was able to get an auto loan for me with a much lower interest rate than my bank. I know this was a used vehicle, and not an expensive new car, but I didn’t feel any less important in my purchase, and that kind of treatment means a lot. Nobody likes buying from a dealer, but this was as pleasant an experience as I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle and I would strongly encourage anyone looking to buy to consider Tameron Hyundai and to ask for Joseph. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. More
