This is probably 15th survey request from this dealer & this is hands down the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Dishonest service writers and sales staff, service writers sleeping at their desks, tel this is hands down the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Dishonest service writers and sales staff, service writers sleeping at their desks, telling customers to spank their kids, degrading each other & their work in earshot of customers and completing and charging for services specifically asked not to perform. No wonder they can’t find and fix any issues past an oil change. This is one of the most dysfunctional workplaces I’ve ever had to deal with. Even Matt Austins, the manager, promised to ride in the car with me and refund me the tire rotation I asked them not to do and when I got there he looked up at me but never got up from his desk or left his office. What a joke. More
