I didn’t have an experience with the service center but I’d love to brag on the sales team and management. I went to Tameron Hyundai last week with a budget, long list of wants, and a pretty dead set idea I’d love to brag on the sales team and management. I went to Tameron Hyundai last week with a budget, long list of wants, and a pretty dead set idea of exactly which car I wanted. I was lucky enough to meet CJ who took the time to listen to me, I mean REALLY listen to me. His job is to sell, and I get it, but his style was calm, informative, and supportive. He didn’t haggle me, his sales manager never pressured me or made me feel like what I was asking was unreasonable. The finance manager, Jay, took the time to go over each line item and address my concerns. Not once was I rushed or not given plenty of time to read every thing. This team was genuine and wanted to make sure our deal benefited me just as much as the dealership. The post paperwork process was so reassuring and felt very safe. The GM did a walk around with me, went over all of the support options I’ll have access to after the purchase, which was very much appreciated. I drove away in a brand new Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid, feeling like my decision to buy here was appreciated and valued by the dealership as a whole. I don’t plan on making such a large purchase any time soon but I will send anyone I know to this spot with confidence. More
