Was told we'd have and answer within 24-48hr. 48hrs later there was zero update. not only was there no update, there was no one willing to explain whatever the process was that was being used to diagnose the car. Finally Wed6pm I was finally able to speak to someone who didn't mind taking the time to speak with me and treat me like a human being. The gentleman explained the diagnostic process and gave me the number to text and get updates. The next day I FINALLY heard back from the person assigned to my car. So from Monday to Thursday this guy didn't give a xxxx about updating me on what was going on with my vehicle. This is why I say Poor Communication is your biggest problem. I suggest that every day, the customer should get a call or at The very least a text that updates them on the status of their vehicle. And if the vehicle is still under warranty, don't be stingy with the loaners. Many people do not have an extra vehicle and we depend on the vehicles we've purchased from you all. When they fail and we bring them in to you, we expect to be treated like a valued customer and to be afforded a loaner vehicle. So two things: Communicate Better and more frequently & get some loaners More

I just had $9,000. 00 worth of work done. A couple hundred dollars worth of that I don’t recall authorizing but it probably needed to be done. You had the car for 2 1/ 00 worth of work done. You had the car for 2 1/2 days and I think it could have been done quicker since you had all the parts on hand. I wasn’t given a detailed breakdown of the work when I left and Matt had to get that and email it to me but otherwise you did a good job. More
