Tameron Hyundai - Service Center

Fastest time I hsve ever had in changing my oil. Usually it takes hours and often other people are finished before me even if they came after. One thing I do not like is how every time I come in, Usually it takes hours and often other people are finished before me even if they came after. One thing I do not like is how every time I come in, I am told I need to buy this for my car to keep up performance. It is only 4.5 years old. The last time I came in I had a rude person working with me. I am a customer, a woman and 71 years old. I was akways tsught to respect my elders by my parents. Because of thst and long wait times, I have gone to Serra the last three or maybe four times I have had my oil changed even though alot further from my home. Treated very nice there, even wrote a text saying so to manager. Again, I left yoyr dealership with a list of things I needed to buy for my car besides the tire quote I asked for. Tire quote was cheaper than Serra so I may come back to purchase those. I am going to get more quoted from other places also though. David was ok, but nothing special in nice department, but he did get me out quick today. I got to my appointment on time but was left waiting in my car 15+ minutes while only one other car in line and several servicemen at computers. Sorry to sound so negative. I bought my car at ur dealership and am planning to buy a new car within the next year, I even looked at some of the new models whike I was there. More

My first experience was very disappointing. The 4-wheel alignment I needed only aligned the front end. After the service, I was worried about the rear tires as they were very worn on the inside The 4-wheel alignment I needed only aligned the front end. After the service, I was worried about the rear tires as they were very worn on the inside and after 2 requests to check, David stated the tires were fine. Due to my continued concerns I looked again and there were cords hanging out of the driver side rear tire. Upon this discovery I went to NTB as this was still an unsafe condition. They inspected the rear tires which both needed replacement and discovered the rear alignment was out .32 so I asked them to go ahead with another alignment and 2 new tires which I expected to be told I needed them when your service dept did their alignment.
