When I arrived, my be person checked me in, but told me he was about to leave. He said they would do an inspection and let me know if anything needed to be done. I was originally there for an oil change an he was about to leave. He said they would do an inspection and let me know if anything needed to be done. After two hours I had not heard from anyone so I went to the desk to check on status and noticed my car was ready out front, but no one had every co tasted me about anything g or the car being ready. After I left, the oil change alert is still going off. Hopefully, they did change the oil. Now I have to figure out how to get the alert reset. I was very disappointed with my first experience with the service department. More

Service department serviced car morning of delivery and did not tighten lug nuts to spec. 30 minutes down the road, the wheels were all very lose. Lug nuts could be taken off by hand. Very dangerous. Staff Friendly, but lack transparency which leads me to question integrity. Had to make several trips and still unsure if services they say they performed were completed as promised.
