Had oil change. Report showed low battery recommending $300 plus replacement. Also exhorbitant charge to replace cabin air filter and engine filter. I got another entity to test my battery, and it was fine, not needing replacement. I replaced the filters myself saving a great Amount of money. This is unacceptable. Please find a way to help your customers without gouging them with such high rices and recommendations for unnecessary services I bought this car based on potential high quality service…very disappointed.
