We came back the next day and bought the Tucson. Salesman did not show us anything about the new Tucson. After a few days we had to go back to the Dealership and have the Salesman go through the options. Our offer included a cover for the back that the Salesman never provided. Both my wife and I called the Salesman with questions but he never responded with answers. He did call and just left a message asking how things were going. Dismissive about my drivetrain problem. Left with clunking noise, and vehicle moving when just starting our Santa fe, after a remanufactured transmission had to already be installed.
