In 2008, Tamiami purchased the Hyundai franchise from the O’Brien organization. The Zellers family and our staff are very proud to be associated with these two outstanding franchises. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, wiper blades and tire rotation is much too long a wait after a scheduled appointment. I also don't appreciate being charged about $40 over the estimate. $159 estimate fo rotation is much too long a wait after a scheduled appointment. I also don't appreciate being charged about $40 over the estimate. $159 estimate for 3 wiper blades and a cabin filter is ridiculus, not to mention the hidden charges on the bill. My service reminder was slso not reset and I can't figure out how to do it myself as the video that explains how to do it does not match what I get on the screen display. More

I had a battery issue on a hybrid so I could not drive and had to book out 10 days. I explained my circumstance to the advisor and he got me in quickly. Even though the vehicle we purchased didn’t check all the boxes, we are satisfied with the vehicle we purchased. The finance department representative, Jason, guided us through the final phase with no pressure to add additional coverages we felt we didn’t need.
