I find these responses funny: 1. You have my contact information and you could be “pro-active” and contact us . 2. Surprise, our car isn’t done, they didn’t have a chance to “get to it” even though we HAD an appoint at 9AM. At least they said we can keep the loaner OR make another appointment… It’s okay, we will keep the loaner - no intention of coming back to Tamiami… Maybe someone will call US and let US know what they think they can do to address our issues. Somehow, I don’t expect a response Joy, I mean these are auto responses - right? The same exact response on Google and here after all. Yeah - seems like there is real “Care” here other than the sale. Todays Follow up: Linda called at 10:30 to let us know our car was done, great. Get to the dealership and it had spots all over and bird dropping. Looked worse than when we dropped it off. They take it back again to clean it up and we wait… Bring it back and it looks better. Not done yet, get it back and look at it and the Windshield Tint was NOT Done. Who had to point that out - the customer… Another 1/2 hour. So, arrived at 11:15 to pick up a car that was done and at 1:45 was able to leave… Hope you see this Joy. Oh and I failed to mention TIM for the loaner car who told my wife yesterday: “I’ll just get you a ride to Enterprise and you can rent a car from them, I’m not giving you one”. Tim’s lucky I wasn’t there. I wasted my time today so I could be - thanks for the horrible service.
