Was told a month ago that the person with knowledge of black screen problem will not available for over a month so decided to wait for oil change and tire rotation. When at the service center was now told black screen problem will not available for over a month so decided to wait for oil change and tire rotation. When calling to set appointment I spoke with Jorge and he was very accommodating. I had to call back just to make sure they new I was waiting for my car.
