While the service was done on time, the conditions in the waiting area were awful! It was crowded, noisy and the frigid temperature made it even worse. I was given a phone number to text with questions and no one responded timely to my texts. I asked for an uber to be arranged and it wasn’t until I called back to check again. we ended up paying for an uber one responded timely to my texts.
