Tamiami Hyundai - Service Center

Having an appointment at the Naples location doesn’t matter. I have been left sitting from 2-4 hours for a simple oil change. Meanwhile, the work on the car was done and moved back to the lot and I pers matter. I have been left sitting from 2-4 hours for a simple oil change. The people in the office don’t seem to have any idea of who is doing what and they all seem very easily distracted and overwhelmed. I received a text message asking if I’d like a quote on the vehicle to sell while I was at the dealership. I am still waiting for the quote. Ft. Myers was able to get me in and out both times I visited. The only reason I keep bringing it back for service at this location is the warranty. More
