I like the personnel there, but I had a service issue where I made an appointment for 2 recall issues. I was promised a loaner car-when I got a text the night before that no cars were available. They tol where I made an appointment for 2 recall issues. I was promised a loaner car-when I got a text the night before that no cars were available. They told me i had to call Genesis for a Case #, go rent a car, and then file for reimbursement. I did that and delivered my car on a Monday morning with a request that the work be done by Friday as Genesis was to pay for only 5 days of a rental car. I called on Thursday to inquire if the car would be ready the next day and was told the car had not even been put into the shop yet. I mean I had an appointment, they knew I was coming, they knew my timetable, etc. So you ask me if this is good customer service? I don't think so. More
