First time at dealership to get my car serviced for an oil change. It took 3 hours until completion with “no issues to report, I’m all set”.. so that was kinda long but still good. I had a small fabric rip on the undercarriage of my Santa Cruz that is hanging down, kinda hoped they would adjust it or repair it for me slightly, but nope it’s not covered by warranty because it’s not mechanical, so I have to pay nearly half a grand to get it replaced..bummer. More
