I believe that if Genesis is going to play on the premium arena. The dealerships must enlighten their staff as to the expectations of the clients. IE: when someone makes a service appointment for 8:00 am a arena. The dealerships must enlighten their staff as to the expectations of the clients. IE: when someone makes a service appointment for 8:00 am and was told it’s appropriately a two hour service the arrival is 7:45 and told we have a loner because we hope to have it done by end of day. Is not a good start to the day. Being in the CS arena for 40 plus years “truthful land accurate” information albeit not what the customer may want to hear it’s in the long run better for all. The quality of the service was very good. The cost was not. I had a dead battery when I arrived and left my car. I had previously had all my car work done at Tamiami. This time, I was charged over $300 for the battery and to make things worse, I had to pay an additional 3% to use my credit card. These are both outrageous. Costco charges $104 for a battery for my Hundai and no charge to use a credit card. I will no longer use the Hundai dealer for repairs or oil changes. More
