May car has had many AC issues that are covered under warranty but when the vehicle is there to be fixed they never have loaners available. So many cars are being fixed that they have to pass out all the warranty but when the vehicle is there to be fixed they never have loaners available. So many cars are being fixed that they have to pass out all the loaners and never have them when you need them. The service advisor I worked with this time was not great at communicating and when asked to set up an uber to get me to the dealership to pick up my car, he didn’t not reserve it for the time we confirmed the day before. I had to call and ask someone else to send one and was running late for work because of it. Not impressed with the way things are run and am sick of taking my car there but it keeps having issues.
