The service was fine and the agents were nice but I was surprised by and insulted by being told I was a Hyundai Genesis but not a Genesis Genesis! I was dismayed because I bought a 2015 Genesis, the only surprised by and insulted by being told I was a Hyundai Genesis but not a Genesis Genesis! I was dismayed because I bought a 2015 Genesis, the only type you had and the last of the single type of Genesis and it is bigger and maybe better than your others now. Do you now feel as hurt as I was then after what I just said? I supported you when Genesis was new! That remark told me I was a little step-child. Do you have any idea how often your Genesis Genesis owners bought from you because I rated my now Hyundai Genesis (which seems to you not to be as worthy as the Genesis Genesis) as Wonderful? No, you don’t feel as bad but you should. Please don’t insult me anymore! My Genesis is a Genesis. Your Genesis Genesis is not an Equus! And—how can you not think that that sounds fishy? You should appreciate that people see my Genesis that is still beautiful, big, full of extras, and running! You should appreciate that my Genesis was your experiment gone right! More

They are remodeling there building, the trailers they have are not big enough to accomodate the service customers. I sat down, went to the bathroom in a different building and when I came back my seat w have are not big enough to accomodate the service customers. I sat down, went to the bathroom in a different building and when I came back my seat was gone, people were standing against the wall. I went into the sales trailer to sit and wait while my car was being serviced. My Service advisor was Good, the appointment center was NOT, they told me if I arrived early, I might be able to get a loaner for a RECALL AND Oil change. Mind you, I had to wait 7 weeks for this appointment to do both. I was told multiple times we have over 11,000 customers, I don't care, all I would like is a loaner when I drop my car off and be able to set an appointment with in a few weeks, I think this is reasonable. I have a 50 minute drive to your dealership and prefer not to wait 2+ hours while work is being performed on my car. GET MORE LOANERS. More
