Anyways, I Spoke with Mr. Ragland "Millhouse" and was greeted with a warm welcome. They offered, a friendly atmosphere here which was cleary lacking at Brandon. Millhouse was 1000 times more professional then the staff at Brandon. So much that I bought a car there on the spot. I was in and out in about an hour. Tampa Honda was quick, efficient, and very fair. I will be sending all referrals that way. Every staff member there was polite, courteous, and all around good, honest people. You don't realize how much these qualities mean to you until you come from another dealership which I am now referring to as a train wreck. I can't say enough positive things about this company. All I can say is go here if you want to walk away feeling happy about your purchase. The same cannot be said for other dealerships in the area. More

Nothing but problems from day one. First they didn’t put the correct information on my title. Instead of mailing it, I had to go there to pick up the corrected one. They did not pay off my trade in vehicle so I started getting collection calls. They said it was paid off a month ago but the company hasn’t received it. Tampa Honda said they didn’t get some of the paperwork. I didn’t get my statement on the new payments because they had my address wrong. Full of incompetence. My advice is to go elsewhere. More

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. They will sell you a "Lifetime Warranty" that will cover no repairs at all! They will not cover the claim and will deny everything. RUN! I saw a used car I wanted on their website with a price that was just a little too good to be true. I called and was told it was still available and made an appointment to go see it that afternoon, and was that was just a little too good to be true. When I got there not only was the person I made the appointment with nowhere to be found but nobody had heard of her either! Much searching for her and the car I wanted followed, but eventually they said they had the key and someone else would help me. Cut to more fussing around and searching for the car, only to be told the car was in fact sold earlier that day. About 20 minutes wasted in their showroom and 25 min driving each way just to be car catfished. Not sure the car ever existed, or if it did and was in fact sold why wouldn’t anyone do me the courtesy of calling me to let me know? Ugh, stay away. More
Poor service followed by dishonest sales 2010 Honda CRV - 130,000 miles Kelly Blue Book Value +/- $5,500 6/10/20 - Appointment at Tampa Honda made ahead of family road trip vacation. Services performed - 2 new tires, complete vehicle inspection, topped off fluids. $800 6/20/20 - On the way back from vacation, A/C stops working. 4 hours in a car during Florida summer with no A/C. Told by Tampa Honda that the A/C is like a light bulb. It works until it does not. A/C will need to be replaced. Claimed that A/C inspection is not included in a complete vehicle inspection. $1,500 7/26/20 - Within 2 miles of my home, the car begins to rattle, then stalls at a red light, then engine begins to smoke. Car is towed to Tampa Honda. Told that the radiator had a leak and will need to be replaced. $1,000. After radiator is replaced, I am told that the engine block has melted, and the engine will need to be replaced ($3,500 quoted / work not approved). Needing to replace the engine essentially totaled the vehicle. 7/31/20 - Agreed to sell the vehicle in its current condition to Tampa Honda for $1,500 (minus the negotiated radiator work of $500) for a net sale of $1,000. I went to Tampa Honda to collect my personal items from the vehicle and sign the paperwork. I am told that they cannot give me a check, because they are a big company and have procedures that have to be completed. I was told that the check will be mailed to me on the next business day (8/2/20). 8/14/20 - As of this date, no check has been mailed to me. I have made 2 attempts to contact Tampa Honda, left messages with multiple staff, and have not received a call back. My desired resolution is to receive the $1,000 payment for the vehicle I sold to Tampa Honda. Ideally, I would also like Tampa Honda to review their service department as I feel that negligence in the work completed on my vehicle contributed to the need for subsequent repairs. This is just wishful thinking, but at this point, I think it is as likely to happen as getting payment for the vehicle I sold Tampa Honda. More
Complete liars I will never buy from this stealership nor buy any Honda product again. I purchased a Type R in December of 2019. Then complete transmission failure leading to $10k repair. Repair was completely denied warranty coverage. However, that is actually not even the biggest issue. Upon getting my third oil change from a different dealership I am told that Tampa Honda cancelled the Powertrain Warranty, the Prepaid Maintenance Contact and the Platinum Service plan and the Protector paint protection - at the date of purchase!!! There was no such disclosure to me in any documents or verbally. Wesley Chapel Honda provider the documents showing such cancellations. Wesley Chapel Honda and Tampa Honda are under the same ownership. I was provided the full service plan coupon book, The Protector sticker indicating the numbers associated with that plan and Tampa Honda prides itself on it's no cost lifetime warranty. All of this and I paid above MSRP! I have yet to receive even any attention to my complaints and honestly don't expect to. I have probably purchased 40 new cars in my life and never have I seen such a rip-off. More
