The initial car buying experience, was great. After that, not so much. I purchased a 2021 Honda CRV the Wednesday after labor day. My car payment wasn't due until 09/25, so I figured 3 weeks was plen that, not so much. I purchased a 2021 Honda CRV the Wednesday after labor day. My car payment wasn't due until 09/25, so I figured 3 weeks was plenty of time for them to pay off my trade. WRONG. As 9/25 approached, I reached out to Ariana Oliva, the finance manager who's actually at a Toyota dealership. I told her it had been 3 weeks since I purchased and traded and asked for the status of them paying off my car. She said she would look into it, and get back to me. She may have sent the initial email, but she never followed up with me. I emailed her 10/7 asking again for status, and provided her with an updated payoff amount. They said they would get it handled. I followed up again 10/18 for status as the car had still not been paid off. And told them how frustrated I was with the process as it had been 6 weeks since the trade in. At this point, I had to call my lender and beg them not to report a late payment on my credit report and explain to them how ridiculous the dealership was. Then, 10/21 I had to reach out again. My lender had received payment, but not for the full amount. So I gave her the remaining balance info. 10/28 I followed up again, as the remaining balance was still reflected on my account, now nearly 2 months later. Today, 11/3 Tampa Honda had the NERVE to call me not once, but TWICE, asking ME, to get with the lender to find out why they wouldn't release the title to the vehicle. Was I snippy to the two ladies who called? You bet I was. I let them know they needed to speak with their own finance department to find out what was going on, because to my knowledge, the lien had not been paid in full. Later this afternoon, my lender called me and told me they couldn't release the title yet because they had just received the final payoff YESTERDAY, and it takes 7-10 days to process. All in all, it took from 9/8 when I traded in my car until 11/2 for them to pay it off. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle there again. More
Service was scheduled on line. When arriving was told the car had to be left overnite. Was told another service would only take one hour to complete, over 2 hours later finally rec' my car after being told s car had to be left overnite. Purchased a brand new car and this is my second visit for repair within 2 weeks. First repair my sun visor popped out of the socket while I was driving. Second issue was an error message on my dashboard stating to see my dealer with the check engine light on. Asked to speak to a supervisor on my experience and I was questioned as to why from the representative (after asking a couple times before and my question being disregarded). Was told that a supervisor can’t do anything but he will try and have someone call me to “listen to my feelings.” No empathy or care in the world. If I knew I would have had issues with a brand new car and received poor client experience I would have brought my business elsewhere. More
The service department is terrible. I’ve had to bring my car in here several times to get it fixed and they refuse to do anything each time. My breaks were bad and they tried to tell me they weren’t and did car in here several times to get it fixed and they refuse to do anything each time. My breaks were bad and they tried to tell me they weren’t and didn’t even take the tires off to check. My tires are all popping because they put the wrong tires on and they refuse to fix that either. They don’t care about anybody’s safety all they care about is money. They scammed me into even buying the vehicle in the first place and told me my payments would be way different than what they are and I tried to trade it in with them and they tried to tell me my car depreciated 10k in 5 months. Don’t come here! This is the biggest mistake I’ve ever made buying a car from them! They entire place is extremely unprofessional and rude! More

Sold a vehicle that was not as described. Salesman Simon Silva showed absolutely no regard, and when I absolutely insisted that I speak to somebody above him considering the overwhelming amount of evidence Silva showed absolutely no regard, and when I absolutely insisted that I speak to somebody above him considering the overwhelming amount of evidence I have that I had been sold a vehicle under false pretense (it was a total-loss vehicle that was not reported to the insurance, with severe frame damage) the manager shrugged me off, and Simon physically kicked me out of the store. Had I been concealed carrying that day, god knows where that evening could've went. More
They only still your money.......do not trust then, they only want your money, ther are careless. They give you a list of thing to repair, when do not need it. Do not trust this dealership! They play the bait & switch game! I saw a vehicle I wanted & drove over an hour to test drive it. When I arrived they kept me waiting while they "searched for the keys". Tampa Honda has the most unprofessional staff & worst customer service. I had dropped my car off to be serviced & they had to keep it for observation. There were quite a few missteps. While I had disregarded the dirty loaner car with crumbs & dog hair everywhere. But Saturday’s debacle when I went to go pick up my car was a nightmare. Tampa Honda left me a message at 3:55 P.M stating my car was ready & they closed at 5 pm. I called them back at 4:20PM stating I was on my way & would be there by 4:45. I arrived by 4:47 P.M & was waiting in the service line. I saw 2 service managers look at me and one of the younger guy who is a runner saw me but no one assisted me. And I waited there patiently b/c I every time I come there appt or not there's a 10 to 15 min wait .Around 5:00 the 2 service manager gather their belongings and leave & looked me in my face. I had to call the sales dept and stated I was waiting in the service area waiting . And I get a sigh & ma'am we're closed. I reiterate I was there by 4:47 pm & 3 of your employees saw me. Explained that I had their loaner & was there to pick my car. Then the service manager finally comes at 5:03 P.M with an attitude & hands me keys & the paperwork says we closed at 5. Once again, I tell him I was there by 4:47 & 3 ppl saw me. I'm waiting for 5 mins more. And I notice my paperwork has the incorrect email address. And I knock on the service manager asking where is my car. He states they have no one to bring my car and finally points me in the direction of my car. The service manager made it a point to tell me Honda was closed but I’m supposed to be a magician and guess where my car is. They did work on my car now it’s making a squealing noise. More
