I explained the situation to Jerry and he was very accommodating with telling me about all the deals as far as leasing, used cars and new cars. I thanked him for his time, took the books he gave me and went to tell my mother about the cars I had picked out. I explained to her the difference between getting a Honda and a Ford as that was the other car she was looking at. Both my sister and I have owned hondas so we know how reliable they are and how well they hold their value. I took her back to the dealership and introduced her to Jerry and He farther explained everything to her and let us take the car for a test drive. By the closing of Wednesday night after talking the car for my father to see and her doing some math in her head, she went home with a shinny new Civic. She is still very happy about her car and we have plans of bring my sister to the dealership when she comes into town for her new car. From the time I had my first Honda over 15 years ago to now, I have had nothing but the best service from everyone at Honda Land!!!! After spending a few days in the exciting part of looking for a new car, the looking at what model of car you want and comparing the options and prices and deciding what price point you want to stick with, I for a new car, the looking at what model of car you want and comparing the options and prices and deciding what price point you want to stick with, I was dreading the next part would be going to the dealer and test driving the cars and finally having to deal with a sales man to purchase the call. After having a bad experience at a Mazda dealer where the sales man was obnoxious and highly pressuring and on top of it wouldn’t even let me test drive one of the cars I was looking at because maybe he assumed I wouldn’t be able to afford it and they wanted to keep it low miles, I am very glad my experience at Tampa Honda Land was different. From the beginning with my sales guy Don Negri was courteous and brought out a car to test drive which was what I was looking for (Honda Accord EX). He answered all my questions about the car I was looking for and took me to look at all the ones they had in stock. Without even pressuring me I ended up going a model above it and getting the Accord EX-L. Once inside he kept the “stewing process” as quick as possible and got me a very reasonable price on my trade in. Even when going into the Manager’s office to finish the paper work everything went smoothly and fast without any pressure to get options that I didn’t want to get. All in All, not only would I recommend Tampa Honda Land and Don Negri to my friends, I grabbed a few of his business cards and I will definitely give them out to anyone looking for a new car. More
