I was in the market to replace my 2022 Ram 1500 with a new 2025 Ram 1500; I was working with another dealership where I purchased my 2022, but they were unresponsive to my questions/inquires, so I turned new 2025 Ram 1500; I was working with another dealership where I purchased my 2022, but they were unresponsive to my questions/inquires, so I turned to another local dealership (Tanner Motors) for help; I connected with Dale Cooper via a cold call, and explained what I wanted (same truck I had, i.e., 1500 Limited with all the options in Delmonico Red, except with a 5'7" Ram Box vs the 6'4" longer bed; Dale worked a 500 mile dealership radius search to find my truck, and found only 1 in Mpls; Initially the source dealership wasn't acknowledging the truck was available, but Dale & team kept on them, and finally they relented and released the truck to Tanner for my purchase. New truck came into Tanner after a few days, and I immediately went into purchase. Dale was very professional, responsive, and engaging during the entire purchasing process; That same day I was having some service work done on my 2022 Ram (at Tanner), and Dale came over to the Service Department, and picked my wife and I up and took us across the street to the dealership to complete all the paperwork, etc for the new 1500. All went smoothly and quickly; Dale did a great job handling my purchase and trained us in on the new features the new truck had over my old truck. We also worked closely with Jason in finance, he too has great to work with; very knowledgeable and accommodating, and everything went smoothly. I had a lot of questions regarding my existing extended warranty and my options for reimbursement or transferring to another party, Jason clearly explained my options, cost, and offered to help in any way he could even though I would be required to initiate reimbursement or transfer with my original dealer; he said if I have any issues/questions, don't hesitate to call for assistance. Overall, I had a great experience at Tanner Motors; highly recommend to others! More

The quality of the work done to replace a defective part (under warranty) was great. They had the Jeep for about a week, which was really not an issue. My only minor complaint is that the representative k (under warranty) was great. They had the Jeep for about a week, which was really not an issue. My only minor complaint is that the representative kept overpromising on timelines. It would be much better if he’d been more circumspect about when the car would be ready. Three times he said it would “probably” be done on a certain day, and three times he was wrong. The repair takes how ever long it takes, and this is Avery minor issue. It’s just something I thought that management might want to know about in order to have staff manage expectations. I’m pretty easy going, so it didn’t rattle me, but I can see other people getting bent out of shape by getting incorrect info. Doing this potentially creates an issue where there doesn’t need to be one. I see this a lot, and it’s born from people. Really wanting to be helpful and not disappoint, so I know that his heart is in the right place. He was super friendly and responsive as well, so it was a good experience overall!. More
Trapper took care of me and immediately gave me a number for the tow, encouraged me to get it in that day and called and kept me up to date on the progress of my needed repairs.
