Great service provided by Rod Maloney! Mr. Rod Maloney has provided us with a super service from day one. Recently, we leased a new Volvo from TASCA. On our arrival at the TASCA dealer, M Mr. Rod Maloney has provided us with a super service from day one. Recently, we leased a new Volvo from TASCA. On our arrival at the TASCA dealer, Mr. Maloney took us out to the lot and basically allowed us to pick and choose the cars we liked instead of leading us to an specific one. That made a difference! Service Honestly, I would have given a 1 star since my scheduled appt for the pickup of my MKC was missed. After waiting 2 hrs, I called in and Brittany was very helpful. Evidently the Lincoln app not very reliable. Although service dept was booked, she was able to get my car in, set up pickup and delivery of a loaner. My tire was fixed and my car was returned next day. Brittany went out of her way to help me! So after initially being very frustrated, she turned it into an excellent experience. Thanks Brittany! More
2019 Ford F-150 Lariat I had a great experience purchasing a new Volvo from Tasca in Cranston two months ago, so I came back when it was time to trade in my lease on my 2016 I had a great experience purchasing a new Volvo from Tasca in Cranston two months ago, so I came back when it was time to trade in my lease on my 2016 Ford F-150. I contacted the same salesman, Rod Maloney, told him which truck I was interested in, and scheduled my visit. When I arrived at the dealership, the new truck was ready to go for a test drive. I had purchased my last four trucks from Quirk Ford in Quincy, and had spoken to them the day before I went to Tasca. Quirk gave me an incredible/very competitive offer on a 2019 Lariat, the same model, color and options as the truck at Tasca. I shared the numbers with Rod and the Ford Sales Manager Elian at Tasca, and with no pressure or haggling, they came back and matched the offer within a few minutes. I really like the Tasca approach to selling cars. They don’t try to strong arm you and pressure you into buying a vehicle. They work hard to earn your business, and they give you the best deal they can. I will continue to recommend Tasca to both my friends and family. More

It is basic customer service. Also, your policy to call the customer after their car has been picked up and push the customer for no more than an excellent review is too pushy and annoying. They got me a quick, convenient appointment to make sure the horn repair was covered by the warranty. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The car was ready on time, free of charge, and they even ran it through the wash for me, free of charge. They say "YOU WILL BE SATISFIED" and i certainly was. More

The Tasca family is so well respected in our region; this was my second experience with the group, but my first in the Cranston location... their mission statement....you will be satisfied..rings true..
