This is how it should be done I had not previously been to Tasca, but was searching for a low mileage pre owned car for my granddaughter to replace the high mileage car she was dri I had not previously been to Tasca, but was searching for a low mileage pre owned car for my granddaughter to replace the high mileage car she was driving - a Toyota Corolla S. I met Jon and told him there was a Focus titanium hatch we were interested in...he went to another Tasca location. and brought the car in so my granddaughter could test drive it. She could not get used to the seating position and felt like the pedals were not right ... she is tall so that was an issue. So we decided not to get it and then she suggested why not get another Corolla. I told Jon I saw one on their web site...low mileage great price and he had it the next day. The car was great, we sealed the deal, and Ryan answered my questions on extended warranty protection...which I also purchased I drove it home that evening and my granddaughter says it's a "perfect fit". That's the way it's supposed to go....these folks are customer focused...and will have repeat business. More

We agreed I would return in March for follow up training since I was going to be in FL for the month of Feb. I expect that will go well. The gentlemen in finance need a little more training as this process did not go effortlessly and assistance was required from the supervisor so the dealership lost a star there. More
