As the "middle men," they are put in a difficult place when it comes to satisfying today's " I want it now customers." The fast lane operation appears to be a more than a fast service ( in and out w/I a short or reasonable time. I have dealt with two Ford dealerships nearer my home that have always been able to get my oil change and lube jobs done within 60 minutes, not my two hour waits I have experienced my last two visits, one which was a scheduled appointment. Either Tasca is fortunate enough to have so many customers or it might be under-staffed or not have enough room to expand. Again, the desk attendants have been excellent, the repair time durations/"fast lane" work has been marginal. More
