Melvin, the Business Manager is very friendly and professional as well, he is extremely organized and was prepared to finalize my purchase leaving me upbeat and delighted. Joe, the General Sales Manager is an awesome leader and his desire to make a deal in a professional and transparent manner clearly comes from his heart, not a high pressure training manual as most other dealerships seemingly still embrace. Joe clearly cares about his dealership and it shows as soon as you walk in the door. The facility is clean, well organized and professional. . I have nothing but the highest praise for Johnny Rangel and Tasca Buick. They were most patient and thorough during my purchase of the car. USAA through which I obtained my loan, took four days to wire the and Tasca Buick. They were most patient and thorough during my purchase of the car. USAA through which I obtained my loan, took four days to wire the money to the dealership. During that time they held the car for me even though cars are selling like hotcakes due to thousands of cars in my area being flooded by hurricane Helene. Johnny explored every possible discount and made numerous phone calls on my behalf to try to provide me the price that I wished to pay for the car. He also put up with me dropping by every day to see if the money had been wired. When the deal was finally sealed and I purchased the car he took so much time to explain how everything worked on the car. If it were not for Johnny, I would not have purchased a new Buick. He’s an excellent salesman and person. He really does take care of the people who trust in him to find the best deal for the car. I will recommend him to everyone that I meet, and also the dealership who waited so patiently for the money to be sent. (Give Johnny recognition and a bonus for his excellent job.)
