After a week , with the right sun angle I seen a deep large scratch on the display practice . Must of been from The kids who prepped the car , that the salesmen was nice enough to let us know that they don’t know what they are doing . They keep begging for a review . I purchased a vehicle this past weekend. I knew what I wanted and they were the closest to have it in stock . Did I need a salesman? Probably not . Very easy for him. It is a black vehicle with some swirling in the paint and minor scratches . Was told that I would be called Monday to set up an appointment to get it taken care , which was nice . I did not receive a call until Thursday , after the fact I told them to quit bothering me with all the messages and emails begging for a review . It is what it is , I just feel if you spend 50k somewhere and you’re told they would do something , you should do it . I will no longer do any business with this dealership in the future . Short wait for appointment. Tom was very kind. Dealership changed 200.00 for diagnosis which took half hour. After finding problem was informed that parts cost approximately 200 Tom was very kind. Dealership changed 200.00 for diagnosis which took half hour. After finding problem was informed that parts cost approximately 200.00 and labor was 200.00 to install parts. Was there a total of 1 1/2 hours. Total for LABOR alone was 456.00 which in my opinion is ridiculous. When I left my complete total was 723.70 for a total of 1 1/2 hours of work. Invoice #79986 More
