Had truck in for service spent 3500 you guys were checking the truck out before I headed out on my trip. Did all the work to fix the problem but you guys said it may be the transmission. I’m pissed because I think you guys knew it was going. The transmission went bad in Oklahoma had to by a Ford Expedition to continue. I had extended warranty but that is a joke going to take 2 weeks to get the parts. I have a truck ordered with you guys now I’m not sure. I wait until you get back to me. More

Not everyone can do work themselves on their vehicles…I am one of those people. I have chosen in the past to have your dealership do oil changes and tire rotations and multi point inspections for around 60 am one of those people. I have chosen in the past to have your dealership do oil changes and tire rotations and multi point inspections for around 60 dollars. I went to you on Saturday with a $49.99 coupon for oil change and tire rotation. I had an 8 o’clock appointment. We were approximately 15 minutes late dropping off the truck. Two hours later my wife was asked if she wanted to wait an additional 30 minutes for the truck wash. That was after they informed us that we had a running tail light out. $50 for labor to replace it. At that point she said no, and told them to not wash it aggravated that the usual quick turnaround service was not happening this time. I bought 2 bulbs for under $10 and two screws and around 3 minutes they were replaced. The last review that I left was for a complaint about the $400 price for shipping me shock to be put on the truck. I found a genuine GM replacement shock for $68. At this point I am going to do the oil changes and tire rotations myself at home. Sorry, I really liked you guys at first…but to be honest - you have lost my trust! P.S. You didn’t even honor the price on the coupon and charged us more than the advertised price…I also have ant to say that everyone I have dealt with at your dealership is extremely nice…that is not the problem.
