I have bought and used the dealership for many years, purchasing and service. I was VERY disappointed in your COVID procedures, given that I was told differently. As far the actual service it was ok. I waited over 90 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash. Though I did not get the car wash as I was already running late. Also over the 90 minutes I never received one update.
