I purchased a car from Bill Stasek Chevrolet on 6/22/20 and against my better judgment - allowed them to "sell" me on additional products. We live in the Midwest, so I thought probably not a bad idea to get the WeatherTech floor mats and rust inhibitor undercoating. I brought the car back on 6/25/20 to have the "extra's" done. I had to wait quite a bit for them to bring my car around and had my grandson with me, so I didn't realize until I was down the road that the floor mats were not installed. I pulled over and called the dealership, who informed me that they had to be ordered and I would receive a call when they came in. Sounded reasonable, I had just purchased it 3 days prior. More than a month later I sent an email to Scott Solomon and Joe McClearen on 8/3/20 to inquire about the mats. Never received a call or response to my email. I called and left a message for Scott on 8/13 - again no response. I called again on 8/20, spoke with someone in the service department, told him about my previous attempts to check the status of my mats - he transferred me to Scott's voicemail. As you probably guessed - I never received a call back. I'm sure I paid way more than I would have if I purchased them directly, I paid over $1,000 for these mats! For the dealership to consistently ignore my requests is just terrible customer service. Three months after the sale, with ZERO communication from the dealership is very disappointing. More
