I love that they tell me what services are likely to be needed soon without being pushy. My step dad works on cars but lives too far away to manage mine (it would take 16 hours to drive there!) but I always ask him about recommendations and everything has checked out. The dealership is also very clean and there is a lovely waiting area. More

Service with a smile! Recently bought a previously enjoyed Corvette from Tim (great sales guy)! There were a couple small things they needed to order for the car. When the parts arrived, they called and we got the car in for them to square things away. Sadly, I did have to return a second time as some parts were on a national backorder. Even with multiple trips, the experience was second to none. All the service writers were very friendly and welcoming, as well as very accommodating. While I didn't meet any of the techs, I was very pleased with the work that was done. The car came back just as clean as it was when I dropped it off. No finger prints, smudges, dirt, nothing! I had a concern with one of the wheels/tires, and after inspection they assured me there was no problem other than something punctured the tire, of which they took care of for me. Getting a rental car was just as satisfying as well. Ash was a pleasure to deal with, and I was on my way in no time at all. Even though I live and work an hour away, I would still bring my car back here for service. They proved and showed me they care as much as I do for my car. I felt as if I was THE only customer. That's the attention to detail customer service should have. More

Best Service Center Ever? On this visit, I dropped in without an appointment to find out if they could possibly add transmission fluid to my 2007 chevy equinox. This is, as I found our, not as easy as I originally thought it would be. It requires a lift, someone above and below, and time. Even though I had no appointment, which I normally don't do..they are very busy..Michael Larcher told me not to worry, he and the crew would take care of me. I waited in their comfortable lounge..In a pillow soft chair watching a big tv. A short time later, Eric came back and said It's all set!
