Brought my 2019 jeep overland lease in because there was an oil stain on engine block. They said it was hoses leaking going to engine and radiator leak. Powertrain warranty is 50k I have 36k they said if I an oil stain on engine block. They said it was hoses leaking going to engine and radiator leak. Powertrain warranty is 50k I have 36k they said if I speak to the sales manager for a new lease they might be able to get it under power train warranty. I spoke to the sales manager and then he said he had to get back to me. Hours later without a car I call Christian the service guy back and he said he has to hear from sales guy if I'm gonna work with him on new jeep. Frigid sales pitch to get a new jeep when I need my car fixed.... I said I don't have time and need my car asap for work. So I picked it up unfixed and they charged $180 diagnostic fee. No solution just bs. More

Very disappointed in the way things were taken care of . I understand that supply was low but I did start the process of ending my lease before that happened and no one there seemed interested. I wound up leasing a car that I really didn’t want and far less features than any car I’ve had in years and for more money. As far as the financing be careful! They must have some sort of arrangement with Hudson Valley Credit Union cause I have always used Chrysler Capital and when I got there they put it through Hudson Valley after me telling them to go through CC. Turns out they opened a bank account through them for me without my permission! They also do not offer the same incentive that CC offers and will cost me more money in the long run! I don’t even think it’s legal to do what they did so I am following up on that. Buyer beware! Ask a lot of questions cause it’s your money they are playing with. More
