2018 Ford Escape The hatchback has been trouble for the past few months and there is still trouble. The automatic closer does not work all the time, it goes down but d The hatchback has been trouble for the past few months and there is still trouble. The automatic closer does not work all the time, it goes down but does not lock and the lights stay on. The service department has had the car in multiple times and have not been able to find exactly what is wrong. The last two times the car was in it was for a three week period and then a one week period. The last time we all thought it was fixed but still does not work periodically. I was told they were going to contact Ford to see what could be done but that has been approximately three weeks ago. I have talked to Robert as recently as last Thursday and was told we would just have to wait for Ford to reply. Robert has been very nice during this ordeal but I do not think Ford or Bill Kay is backing the car up very well. More
