Luis was so nice and patient. I was very stressed about having to buy a car and he took the time to listen and worked with his sales manager Chris to get me into my dream Telluri I was very stressed about having to buy a car and he took the time to listen and worked with his sales manager Chris to get me into my dream Telluride super fast, it was delivered more than a month before expected! The bonus was paying MSRP instead of some other Kia Dealers that are taking advantage of the market and price gouging youvto death!! My experience started off terrible but ended on a good note! Theres still a couple things Luis is working on like my plates. There was also a stain on the leather, but I have faith he will follow through and it will be taken care of in my best interest. Financing with Marcy was also so easy and quick! She's such a great soul and had my goals met! Overall my experience with everyone at Tasca Kia was favorable, the only thing missing was a giant bow on my 60k++ car! But I'm sure once its all said and done, I will have had an exceptional Kia experience! More
