Purchase of 2019 Grand Cherokee It was a good experience. Nathan did a fine job taking care of our needs.Quick easy process. The Cherokee had 14,000 miles on it when purchased. Dependable at crunch time The day before Thanksgiving was the first day of my new job. Thanksgiving morning my car would not start. I knew I had to get to work the next day or lose my job. And with almost 300,000 miles and after having several malfunctions over the past few months, I knew it was time to consider replacing my car. Unfortunately, funds were tight. My sister then mentioned that Tyler Boudreau worked at a dealership and was someone that could be trusted to help me find something dependable but inexpensive. So, I contacted him. My sister was definitely spot on. Tyler knew up front that I would not have much money to spend. But, he still seemed eager to work with me. He was very patient, knowledgeable and kept me informed and involved through the entire process. I was a little embarrassed about my situation. But Tyler made me feel that I was as worthy as a customer buying a more expensive car. I am so happy with my recent purchase and am grateful to Tyler for his help.
