During the time while we were deciding on what we wanted, we were not hounded by the salesperson or dealership but they did stay in contact with us to see if we needed further assistance with anything. After deciding on the Grand Cherokee were returned and purchased a vehicle. During our meetings we interacted with some great people like Alejandro Serna, Jamie Sykes and Tony Henderson. Avoid this Dealership, and Jeep in General This dealership has an apathetic attitude throughout their service department. They are slow, overbooked, overworked and their burnout is obvious. Expect lot and LOTS of standing around waiting for help. I'd ordered an extra key which was promised to me by the next day - two weeks later (after my car has to be towed in yet AGAIN) the key shows up. By this time I was planning to dump the unreliable Jeep so I refused to pay the hundreds of $ they wanted for the key that arrived too late. They stood around glowering at me - not knowing what to say. (Sorry, service manager, your angry face isn't going to sway me. Deliver the goods ON TIME as promised; or at least CALL ME and we'll talk). At one point I had decided to trade in my unreliable, untrustworthy Compass & was assigned a clueless junior salesmen who didn't even realize the model I was inquiring about came with a standard transmission. I DROVE UP in a Jeep with a manual, for heaven's sake!! Ugh what a waste of my time. As for the car itself - my 2018 Jeep Compass had four MAJOR issues within the first year - the A/C failed, the ignition system failed, the fuel system sensors failed, plus one issue that service could never identify with the clutch slipping - and is the reason I now drive a brand-new TOYOTA TACOMA. I will never even CONSIDER buying another Jeep. More
