Above and beyond for customer We traded in for a newer van and they did everything they could to make us happy, even going so far as taking the rims off of our trade in van and put We traded in for a newer van and they did everything they could to make us happy, even going so far as taking the rims off of our trade in van and putting the newer tires from the newer van on them so we could keep the upgraded rims. This was after the agreed upon price and document signing. They then called 2 days later to tell us they found a better rate we just had to come in and re-sign the paperwork. I also appreciate the manager comong out to talk to us instead of a salesman disappearing to "take this to my manager". Finally, who would not like free car washes for as long as you own the vehicle?
