When discussing price, a fair deal was offered quickly, not the usual back & forth that can be so stressful. We were allowed an adequate test drive, all features of the vehicle were reviewed with us patiently. Our dealing with the service dept for the undercoating was timely, all staff were polite. The staff we dealt with were friendly. Rarely do I walk away from purchasing a vehicle without feeling taken advantage of, but I did not feel this way with this experience. We are pleased with our new vehicle. More

No Hassle, Down To Earth Salesman! When I went into the dealership, I made it very clear that I wasn't going to buy a car that night. I let them know that even if they offered the 'best deal' around, I still wasn't going to buy/commit to anything that night. Joe and Craig told me they could get exactly what I wanted and presented a price to me. I told them I needed to think about it, shop around and that I would be in touch with them. Then I left. The most impressive thing about Joe and Craig was that they actually let me leave without chasing me out trying to 'make a deal'!! Other dealership pulled the sales manager and this guy and that guy to tell me they had the best deal and if I didn't take it tonight there'd be no guarantee that it would be there tomorrow. I obviously went back to Joe and he and Craig found the best deal for me!! I highly recommend Taylor Chrysler Jeep Dodge and especially, Joe Clark. More
