Excellent experience I originally walked into this facility to just test drive a Wrangler...absolutely NO intention of buying. There was one in the showroom that I like and Ray Marko said he would pull it out for me since that is the one I liked. I again stated that I had no intention to buy, so I didn't want him to trouble himself. That was on Saturday and on Monday I took that same Wrangler home. Ray and Bridget were wonderful. Shawn was very knowledgeable about the model I was looking at, the services offered at Taylor, and the options I had in purchasing a new vehicle from them. He knew I was very excited about the car I spotted on the lot, and he did everything in his power to make it happen. There was no pressure, and he answered even the smallest question I had. Shawn was very compassionate about my needs for a new vehicle and never passed judgement on what was best for me.
