After locating it went over the price a lil bit which was fairly priced after researching it online briefly. He then scheduled delivery of vehicle from another dealership and once it arrived met him back at dealer and went over the paperwork and service packages available. Easily one of the easiest car purchases I've had in my life. Staff was all very friendly, wasn't pushy, and answered all our questions. Will definitely return for another vehicle in which future. Best Deal on Chrysler Pacifica I was working with Bettenhausen in TInley Park on a deal (what would have been my 4th car from there since 2011). The deal I had lined up fell through I was working with Bettenhausen in TInley Park on a deal (what would have been my 4th car from there since 2011). The deal I had lined up fell through as they would not give me the same amount for my trade they had offered me 2 weeks earlier, about 1.8K less. After looking to see if anyone in the area had the Pacifica I wanted I was led to Taylor, which is about 30 minutes from me in Frankfort. I called and was put in touch with Joe Clark. I told him what happened with Bettenhausen and exactly where I needed to be OTD, with new plates. Sent me an email back an hour later saying they would be able to get me to within $300 dollars of original deal. I took it. Once I got there he had the vehicle ready and we started the paperwork immediately. He was even able to knock off the extra $300 because I was a teacher, so they got me to exactly where I wanted to be. Joe was awesome. I can't say enough about how easy the process was. If you have an offer somewhere else, call Taylor (ask for Joe). I bet they can beat it! More
