Taylor did not have the exact truck on their lot but they were able to locate it. They had other trucks on their lot that I was able to look at and determine what features I wanted. They immediately told me what the selling price of the located truck would be and then appraised my trade. Although we did not agree on the initial value of my trade they were willing to listen to what I thought it was worth and where we had to be to strike a deal. I feel I was treated fairly well and was satisfied with the final figure. Dealers are in business to make money but when business is conducted the way Taylor Dodge, and Tony Hendershot conduct business it helps you realize there are some honorable dealerships and sales consultants. Finally I must explain that I drove more than 60 miles one way to purchase my truck on a recommendation from my son after the local dealerships were unresponsive to my requests and I was passed from sales person to sales person.
