my experience at Taylor dodge after a long and very frustrating day with several dealerships I had gave up on trying to get a vehicle.I had applied online and several dealerships c after a long and very frustrating day with several dealerships I had gave up on trying to get a vehicle.I had applied online and several dealerships called and i was lied to just to get me there and didn't get anything. so as i was going home i said i'm going to try Taylor dodge. when i walked in i was greeted by Sergio Garcia,I explained to him my ordeal and what i had been threw and also my situation which wasn't that great. his response was i cant promise anything but ill try my hardest to help you!!!for the first time that day i was treated like a human being with the first sentence to the last sentence from Sergio.. he understood my situation and didn't frown upon as other car salesmen did earlier that day..I truly felt like he was trying to help me and he was. after going back and forth with bank after bank because my credit is not good and never really had anything in my name they found a bank and a truck for me..i was very happy and its was a emotional time for me finally got something in my name...and i owe it all to Sergio Garcia and the Taylor Dodge Family as long as i live here in Kankakee they will always get my business will never go anywhere else... Sergio Garcia is the best he was so friendly and polite and i couldn't ask for a better salesman he made me feel like i knew him for 20 yrs.... and with that being said i thank you guys again!!!!!!
