Great Customer Service! We went to Taylor to just look at a car, we were still at the "window shopping" stage of buying a car. We had intentionally went near closing time, hoping to avoid a pushy car sales person. I am so glad their hours were later than what we thought they were! Kevin Emling was the most helpful car sales person we have ever worked with! He answered all my questions without any pressure to purchase a car. We walked out that night with a brand new chrysler 200 and they gave us an exceptional deal with all the rebates that were allowed. I could not have been more pleased with our experience there. From the time we arrived to the time we left (after closing) it was within 2 1/2 hours. Between Kevin's no-pressure car selling approach and Jaimie Sykes' financing finesse, our experience with Taylor Chrysler Dodge exceeded any expectations I could have had.
