Beyond the call of duty I went in for a diagnosis of a brake problem another mechanic had failed to find and fix, and they were pleasant about the lack of loyalty and STILL s I went in for a diagnosis of a brake problem another mechanic had failed to find and fix, and they were pleasant about the lack of loyalty and STILL spent time explaining to me what problems I had and what the solutions might be. Then they spent extra time during the "Spring Cleanup Oil Change" special doing things that might have cost at least double and maybe more than that almost anywhere else. PLUS, I bet a Dodge dealer sees more Durangos with issues than any other shop, so I think they were able to give me the best advice fastest, and in this case, cheapest. Impressed with all 4 service writers I dealt with as well as the mechanic Pat..................................... More
