Buying a new car is usually an unpleasant experience as many people will attest to. It was years since I bought a new car and the last time the experience (at a different dealership) was unpleasant to say the least as was pretty much every one of my previous purchases at other dealerships. Just the thought of buying a car became something I dreaded, even hated . Now it's fun to buy a new car and I look forward to my next purchase at Taylor. They didn't have the color we wanted at the dealer ship, but they got it for us in less than 2 days! Looked at and test drove 7 other suv's. We thought we were going to have to lease but Ray and the team at Taylor helped us get a great deal so we could buy it and we didn't have to get the stripped down model.
