Who Knew?!!! I would rather have my teeth pulled than buy a vehicle! And that's how I approached most of my encounters with the auto sales market. We have over the years, been exposed to the stereotypical "used car salesman" and have walked away from our encounters feeling confused and screwed over. So I was not very excited about having to replace a vehicle that had been totaled in an accident recently. My brother Tom buys vehicles on a regular basis for personal use and for his business, and always talks positively about his experiences. So in preparation for my next "tooth extraction experience" I humbled myself and asked his advice. Without hesitation he pointed me toward TAYLOR CHRYSLER and even gave me the name of Brian Burghorn, his "ace in the hole". We drove through Taylor Chrysler lot several times, after hours of course, until working up the courage to finally follow my brother's advice. We were shocked and amazed, and very relieved to find that there was indeed a place to buy a vehicle without the stereotypical "used car salesmen". From the moment we walked in the front door and were greeted by the young lady at the welcome desk to the time we drove away in my sweet Jeep Wrangler, your staff was professional and courteous and made us feel welcome. Brian Burghorn was AWESOME, and by the time we left, I felt we had made a new friend. It's been a few days since our purchase, and I kinda miss hanging out with Brian! When we left, we took two handfuls of Brian's business cards, and will be passing them out. My wife's dad will be in soon to look for a new vehicle, and I am sure, will share in the same amazing experience! Thank You Taylor Chrysler! Thank You Brian Burghorn! I went into Taylor looking for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler at the price I could afford, but didn't A huge THANK YOU is owed to Ray Marko at Taylor Dodge. I went into Taylor looking for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler at the price I could afford, but didn't have my hopes very high; the reason being I had previously "shopped" around at other dealerships and they all said the same thing, "Wranglers sell themselves" we can't discount any lower and without some sort of discount that price was way out of budget for me. But then I walked into Taylor Dodge, met Ray for the first time and felt like I actually had a shot at getting the jeep I wanted for the price I needed. He was very nice and I could tell he was working hard on trying to get me into my Jeep. He then came back with the price I needed (I was amazed), now it was a matter of locating my jeep. He was back within 10-15 minutes and handed me a set of keys and said "here's your jeep". It turned out the exact jeep I wanted was just delivered that day and was sitting around back. It was NEW NEW. still wrapped up in plastic and Vin numbers attached :) It was perfect !! When he said he could locate one fast....he meant it !!! The next day, I came back it was detailed and waxed up for my pick up. I signed the papers and was on my way. Ray made sure multiple times I had everything I needed as well as showing me how the top came off and setting up wheel locks for me. Always fast service, and very genuine! Overall my experience as a first time car buyer was excellent! Ray was BEYOND great, as well as everyone at the dealership!
