They went above and beyond to help put us behind the wheel of the car that best fit our needs, offering their personal cell numbers and keeping in touch through email and Facebook. My new minvan Overall I had a positive experience at Taylor in getting a brand new minivan. It was truly a team effort. Tim Slattery was highly knowledgeable and detailed in showing me the van, including an under the hood look. Bryan Davis was instrumental in securing the financing that I needed and helped get me the best deal possible with the least amount of pressure. I love and appreciate it when dealers can provide honest information and allow me to make decisions when I am ready and they did that. Todd helped us with the final steps of the process and was always offering us a bottle of water or something to drink and that also made for a better experience. The popcorn was much appreciated by my kids too. My son cannot wait to get some donuts from the service department when we come for our next oil change :) Steve the finance guy was helpful as we concluded our night---he knew the answers to our questions but didn't bore us with every little detail that we can read about ourselves if we want to. Aaron took it stride by calmly delivering me the numbers and details of the deal and also by answering all my million questions about them without getting frustrated in the least, even when i decided to make changes. While I waited the rest of the staff and salesman would also stop to have friendly conversations about my trade (a g6 convertible I loved and was hard to part with) or what i was getting (a 2015 chrysler 200) also made me feel welcome. They gave me the best deal on the trade and the leaet the first time around with no b.s. and I appreciate that considering how many dealerships make you jump through hoopes to get it.
